i'm emotionally unbalanced now...
when one is being in the service industry, we need to be discreet of our actions..
one of the patient's relative complained to the organisation that i'm posted to abt us but we have no idea who she was refering to... it was vague.... upon hearing that i was disappointed that such things had happened and i teared, but i'm not sure if i'm involved in it not.... haiz...
i'm very disappointed...
but who is to be blamed....
i need a pillar to lean on...
