i'm back from the study trip in malaysia....
--monday--2nd oct 06
ok we set off from school at around 930 and den took a group photo with the director and off we went for malaysia, the journey from singapore to johor bahru took 3 hours and the first stop was the mental hospital, Hospital Purmei in johor bahru.... saw the patients but they do not seem like mental patients, they looked normal.. and can even do chores like cooking, and making handicrafts.. den after visiting them we went off for our lunch at dunnoe where and den we set off again for malacca, the journey took another 3 hours... by the time we reached malacca it was already 640 and den checked into the hotel and went out for shopping at 730.... it was also sue's birthday that day so we bought a slice of cake for her from secret receipe... she was surprised lah.... haha... didn't buy much from there....
--tuesday--3rd oct 06
got up at 6 and went down for breakfast at 7 and checked out from the hotel.... and we went to the drug rehab center, where we get to see many people under the treatment to stop taking drugs... the security there was tough and also the people there are under tough supervision, so many gates to go through just to get to one place...haha...
next we set of for kuala lumpur and there another 3 hours drive there... after we reached kuala lumpur, we went to the little sisters's of the poor, a community hospital... after tt we went to check into the hotel and SHopping after tt...muahahah.... bought lots of accessories... the mall was SO BIG tt we didn't have time to see all the shops there...haha....
--wednesday-- 4th oct 06
we woke up at 7 and set off at 830... we went to the government hospital to see the the different types of services they provided there and also see the wards walk around the hospital.... den we went for lunch... after lunch we went to a private hospital to compare the services provided in both government and private hospitals... almost the same other than the fees its almost the same.... no difference at all... also in the private hospital there's more privacy as compared to the public one.... anyway...after the visitation at the hospital, we went SHOPPING.... met my godsister and we shopped.... i bought 2 tops, more accessories and a hot pink bag...
--thursday-- 5th oct 06
its our last day in malaysia and today we visited the government universtiy hospital where they function as a school as well.... saw the students there and also some of the courses available at the school....
after that we went for lunch before setting off back to singapore.... on the bus we were doing nonsensical stuffs like telling jokes and talking nonsense..... den we went to johor bahru to buy some of the local products and i bought so much that my friends thought that i was running away from home...haha..lame... den as usual the blur me, forgot that i was on roaming and was so surprised that i received a message, after about half a minute, i realised that i was on roaming...hahah....
after going through the malaysia checkpoint, we were all eager to receive the signal from singapore... and everyone on the bus took out their handphones...haha.... finally...can message all you want, since its cheaper...haha.... back to school and waited for parents to fetch me.... so tired
