monday and tuesday

well we went to the Tung Ling Eldercare centre in Tampines, and on the first day we were introduced to the staff as well as the clients, played some games with them and also communicated with some of them... was kinda fun other den the manager being not very friendly... tues was ok but kinda missed the folks there.... was standing most of the time and our backs were hurting like mad and our feet shouting for help...

wednesday

went to the health promotion board for some boring talk, den visted the library, and also the healthzone.... we went to healthzone first and it was kindda boring with little things to do there so we ended up taking pictures instead... haha... went to the library next and took more photos instead of looking for some information... after that we were dismissed and had to walk back to the mrt station to go elsewhere for lunch, the weather was a killer and we were wearing the uniform, can die of heat stroke ah... den we went to chinatown that was walking distance but due to the weather we decided to take the train instead, call lazy... hahha.... at least for once we ended at 1230 compared to the rest of the days where we end at 4....

thursday

went to woodlands, to one of the nursing home... the staff were friendly except for some but majority ok lah.... the residents there are not friendly and they are demanding too... we wheeled some of them to their wards and bed and the staff said some can transfer themselves without help, but there was this woman she kept bullying us lah, and we wanted to go for lunch but she kept calling us back... after lunch we bathe some of the residents and also did bed making but was a diaster, ms mary better not see this of not we will get killed for not able to do it properly...haha as usual the clumsy me did something wrong and caused the tissue dispenser's cover to drop on my hand... its damn painful lah and the cut was BIG, it was bleeding non stop for 15 mins lah.. so painful....

well time for me to end off to go to bed alr... another long day ahead
